I’m working in same support project from past 3 years, I handled my team work single handed in other resources absence and long leaves, have good feedback from client team as well.

But my manager is not ready to give me any promotion or hike. ( Manager changed last year October) I asked for budget approval for external course- he denied that request as well. Not ready to release me

I tried to apply ijp or bridge and move out In spite of me having all the eligibility’s both the platform saying I’m not eligible Bridge program team told I have been nominated for mobility program by unit so they are not considering me for this quarter. Now I don’t even know what is mobility program.
