Trending @Infosys; Need guidance on the CTC negotiation
Hi All, I have a counter offer from PwC with 13.5LPA (12 fixed and 1.5Var pay). Due to a good project here, i wanted to join Infosys.
For the same role with 4 yoe, my colleague got 11LPA from Infosys (10fixed and 1L variable). He didn't have a counter offer to ask for a revision of CTC with Infosys.
If i say i have a counter offer, will they match the PwC package? Any tips to handle this negotiation to get the same package as a counter offer?
By the way, I have 4yoe in SAP and will be available within a week for Infosys. Any responses would be highly appreciated.

Ask Infosys to match, if Infosys doesn't match,
Please join PWC dont come here. There is a very slow growth here. Hikes are pennies. Many people have not received from 3 years. I have joined at 7 LPA in 2022 and currently now at 8.4 LPA.
Again I am insisting if Infosys don't match join PWC.
