Trending @Infosys; Need guidance on sending Form 60 To Local RTO for BH series

Hi, Is it possible to send Form 60 from infy id to local rto mail address( it's a new rule that they need Form 60 from official mail address if you need BH series)

Will I be at some problem if I do that or I'll be spared since it's a one time thing.
