Trending @Infosys; Need Guidance on Release and Billing Issue with BPM

Hi Guys,

I need some help with a doubt.

I am currently in Infosys BPM under TSO on Bench, which usually means I work for Infosys projects. I have recently been selected for an Infosys project, but now my BPM managers are saying that it falls under RCL, while we are under SM. They are also saying they can’t release me because I am a new joiner and must stay here for at least a year.

Additionally, they said that if they release me, the billing will not come under our unit.

Could someone please guide me on how to handle this situation?
