Trending @Infosys; Need Guidance for switch
I'm a 5.5 year experience developer in React and 1.5 year in Azure. this entire year i have given a number of interviews but getting rejected for having less number skills as companies want to hire more devs with .net or java as backend along with react. I want to switch to another company due to the salary issue.
Can someone tell which skill I should master which would help to switch.
TIA !

Yes, based on your experience, you should be familiar with other skills like Java or .NET. While it’s true that you may not have had the chance to work with those technologies extensively, it's important to prepare for interviews with other companies. You should be ready to answer questions about these technologies. Aim to have a beginner to moderate understanding, rather than being an expert.

Can you tell me which skill should i pick .net lr java ?

I recommend learning Java; however, if you choose to pursue Java, you will also need to learn multiple frameworks, such as Spring Boot and others. If you study regularly for six months, you can become a full-stack developer, which is highly sought after by companies. Best of luck and happy learning!

I have faced similar situation with 4 years in tcs bro. If you know frondend they will backend and if you know backend they will ask for frontend. But choosing backend is good because due to ai backend jobs are little safer than other roles. But it comes will drawback. If you choose java for backend they have to know some frameworks like springboot. Along with this any one db Is mandatory. DB has become generic now like they will say you have to know atleast anyone db(mysql, oracle, postgrel or mongodb)
