One of my friends is TA- JL4 with ~5.3lpa - got OS this time and the last two cycles had Commendable.
Can we expect any hike this time? How low is current package? How much should one ask for?
I am Exactly at your friend’s condition. Do tell me what to expect if there is any hike. Many of my friends reached 6.5 last year with promotion and revised compensation in name of hike. I don’t know what I did wrong to be stuck at this.
I am TA with 4 years of experience in infosys joined as fresher with starting package of 3.6 lpa. Currently on 7.75 lpa package. Got 1 commendable and 2 OS ratings . If we get annual hikes maybe we can atleast expect 10% hike
How did you reach 7.75? Please let me know, even this person joined with 3.6 ..but currently has only 5.3
