My last working day is on 11 March but I am not having any offer in hand. Shall I withdraw my resignation ? I am in conversation with 2 companies but I don’t think that they will provide me an offer in 10 days. Is it possible in INFY to re-resign after withdrawing the resignation ?

Yes, it is difficult to find a new job with a three-month notice period. However, you have to make a bold decision somewhere if you want to switch companies. Equip yourself with the necessary skills, and you will definitely get a new job.

Yes it is possible but depending on whether you are on project or not you may have to serve another 3 months notice period

Infy portal showing “Bench on Notice” under project description.

If you take back resignation, you can’t resign for next 6 months.

There is no such cooling period for resignation

Im not sure about the exact time period, but there is a cooldown period before you can put in your resignation again. Essentially you will be retained for cool down period + 3 months standard notice period

Yes. This is mistake. Don't resign until u have a good offer in-hand. U can revoke anytime
