Doubt - I am on notice period, my team Coordinator said I am not allowed to take any leave during my NP.

Is it true?

Show him the leave policy and ask where it s written. But if you take long leaves which impacts KT/work in notice period they can extend the LWD by that many days . The policy is grey here !!

Thanks for the response, I am taking 3 days leaves. On the top of that they are asking me to compensate by working on weekends
