Trending @Infosys; Need Clarification

Currently DSE JL3 with experience of 2.8 years in Java and Spring Boot. Getting around 5.8 LPA . Should I switch for better package or this is fine as per standard ?

Try to switch but meanwhile you can also try for progression L1 - L2

Practice DSA and start applying/giving interviews for Java backend role.You can get very good package if your DSA is decent level able to crack DSA rounds.
