Trending @Infosys; Need career guidance.
Hey Folks , It’s been 2.6 years in infosys after I joined in as System Engineer with base salary of 3.6L . Sad part is I still get the same (25k take home ). I’m graduated in BE and done PG diploma course in Data Science. Cant get enough of this same Role and package ,Looking for atleast 10L CTC. Is there any opportunity or ways inside infosys or should I apply resignation and search jobs outside within 90days? Please help me out
Hey bro, Start applying to different companies through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc. You’ll definitely get a 10 LPA offer. Just make sure to find a job first before resigning. I’m in the same boat, but now I’m serving notice period in Infy after getting a 10 LPA offer from Accenture.
You need to leave Infosys. The hikes here are a joke. With your skills in Data Science, you can easily find a better-paying job outside. Start applying now.
It's high time you look outside, but you resign only when you have an offer in hand. And don't disclose that you are looking outside to any of your colleagues no matter how close.
Bro..you can get easily 10lakhs..easily try somewhere else..aak for 12 lakhs and they will definitely pay you..
