Trending @Infosys; Need Career guidance

I am jl3 working in infosys having 3.3 years of experience around 2 years i worked in support project no work experience useful I have not get any valuable technical growth to switch another company. After 2 year of useless project I was on bench for almost 5 months after that I got python project here I am creating a chatboat using RAG ,langchain and other concepts now I want to upskill my self in same technology. Want to know course or career support platform where in 3-4 months I got better hold or understand of technology and am able to switch another company.
