I'm an Associate Consultant with 7.5lpa CTC + 22.5k quarterly skill tag incentive and been here for 4 years. Applied for DSE bridge in the hope of project release from current project, tech change.

Passed the assessment and interview is scheduled for next week.

If I clear the interview I'll absorbed as DSE L1.

But in one of the session they mentioned there won't be a project release, no CTC change only monthly digital incentive of 6875 will be added, no tech change as well (will be trained on ai governance, mdm tools like that)

I need help to understand is it still worth it to go to for it?

I can request for a promotion to my manager as I am a critical resource in the project.

Please suggest!
