Hi everyone 👋 I am on bench, and i already completed 10 days WFO. And have WFH balance 7 days from today's present date. Do I need to still go to office ? As I got the mail that I need to report 3 days a week as I am on bench. So I need your suggestions! How you guys did when you are on bench ? Thank you !
For bench employees I guess, it's mandated to go three days in a week. Regardless of WFH balance. I would suggest you reach out to HR or Manager through chat and email get a confirmation! I guess your WFH are auto approved..
Bro I have one query. So its mandate that 10 days office a month. For remaining days do we have to apply wfh? Or by default it will there?.
