How about pip , don't know how to react.

@Sree83 @EthicalMutton70 my deliverables not 100pct , to be honest used to be like 85 to 90 pct , but last 2 months I have improved on time deliverables . If deliverables is the main reason for ni, what kind of pip i will get.

Not only DQ score. How you are available during crisise, your attitude, relationship with other team members all these matter. Not only technical skill or DQ score
