Trending @Infosys; Need advice on project dependency and WFH

Hi All,

I have a dependency on the project and they are forcing me to do WFO but I have a genuine reason that I can't do WFH for the next few months.

The manager is approving but the DM and HR are not approving, I even performed very well in the last quarter and got 4 appreciations from the client and they know it, even though I got only 60% bonus.

In this case If I do resign, will they provide me WFH and retention hike? Please suggest. Thanks!!
