I was interviewed for a developer position in one of the projects, for my skill only I have cleared both internal and client interviews after onboarding to project, these people are making me work in a support role , I had discussed with the project manager regarding this, and HR as well no use how should I proceed, if I stop supporting for the team will it leave to any escalation or termination
