Trending @Infosys; Need Advice: Immediate Joining During PIP Period at Infosys
I have been on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at Infosys for the past two months. I am afraid so, I actively searched for new opportunities and recently received an offer from another company that requires me to join within 10–15 days.
I'm seeking guidance from anyone who has been in a similar situation — is it possible to get an early release from Infosys while on PIP? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated."
If your Performance is not upto mark in PIP,HR will ask you to Resign or will terminate.
From what I heard you'll get released early if you ask so no issue should be there...
Out of curiosity what courses/certificate did you get? Mind if you can list it. I'm new to infosys so just curious to know
