Trending @Infosys; Need advice for Project change through Fluid

Hi All, I've been working on my current project for the past 2 years, but I'm not happy with my work. I want to change projects, but my manager won't give me release easily if I ask for one. Am I eligible to apply for project change through fluid? what's the process??
