I have exp of 6.5 years- salary 10.5l I am a new mother and working from home right now, work is also ok I joined in 2022. I need hike as wfh will end soon and living in bangalore is expensive. I asked manager for promotion he says no slots. Hike will be as per org policy. How can I ask for a raise? Will giving offer from other company be a good option? My intention is to increase money, I dont want to leave the job considering project and working hours. Any suggestion?
