Trending @Infosys; NA rating and bench situation.

My project manager told me that I’ll be released from my current team and moved to the bench due to some internal issues.

In my last appraisal, I received an NA rating. I’m concerned that if I go on the bench, this rating will make it harder for me to get selected for a new project since most managers check the last appraisal before assigning.

How should I handle this situation to improve my chances of getting into a new project?
