Escalate to Senior manager stating your concern

It happened here also . It's better to resign . Hold till delivery for insurance. And post ur maternity leave

Also u can never complain and they won't consider you . Nowadays companies have become so bad in treating employees we have to.ignore these and live for ourselves

This is against the rules and ethics...u should definitely highlight this to HR..Tell your manager that you will escalate this...told him in his face...these kind of injustice shouldn't be tolerated...

I have been there. Try to escalate like others said, if the senior manager doesn't help connect to hr. This can't be tolerated. Worst case if you can take ml early, go ahead and do it. Mental peace and their health is imp now.

Bro you should escalate this to the manager's wife

She'll be the correct person to handle him 😜

Jokes apart this is a serious concern please take care Tell your wife to document all the chats and call records and present it to senior management

Infosys gives less salary okay but in this type of cases they'll take it seriously.

See when you are escalating to HR just be aware you have all proofs. Otherwise you will get screwed for sure.

Record the calls for starter. Management will very easily make it a performance issue because of bUsInEsS cOnTiNuItY
