Trending @Infosys; My Team is going to Handle 5 projects at a time.

Hi, I have been working in a client project and was put on training code for 6 months while working hard in that project. Now what happened is that the team head announced that we'll have new projects also coming our way and we need to work on them in parallel. We don't even get even a little extra allowance. Note even allowed to take our earned leaves. They're not even granting release. This is some serious shit right? What should I do to get release from the project?.
