to get an incentive... skills in the skill tag and skills your using in project should be the same. Moreover, I think it's should be a development not support. Only jl4 onwards you will be getting.. contact your manager and ask if skill tag incentive are there for the your working or not
How long did it take to get the skill tag? I mean from the preparation/course/assessment part to getting it.
From April you are eligible based on some criteria.
