Trending @Infosys; My Rating is above average, but got hike lesser than average!
I have given all my efforts in the project, wasted my time in delivering before the deadline. Got above average rating but after my hike the package is still lower than the guys having met expectations rating.
Feeling deeply demotivated, but this is my sole source of earning, at this point I don't even know what to do!
Should I mail the HR?
Same happened with me with this hike. I feel like I should just put my papers. People with Met Expectations are getting 15 or 27%. It’s high time you start searching for jobs outside.
Leave the company, search outside you will face such trauma every year…
At least you got this. My friends have been working harder for the past 2 years, even doing continuous shifts. But they received Underperforming and kicked out of the company. So, Never ever blame on your efforts. So if you are not satisfied and move out of this toxic environment. We guys have not even completed 3 years with proper proj exp or role changes or progessions which is not even a career start. But these guys were doing crucial things. So I suggest you to show your real talent in the company which suits you.
Sounds like looser. Were you waiting for this to drop your paper, or trusted Infy to make you happy. Bro come out of comfort zone. There is a exodus going on here and you are waiting for hike.
Earlier met expectations, commendable also 8% , outstanding also 8%. The rating is literally a joke. And someone got 30% hike during promotion from SSE to TA. Wtf is happening?

Find another job. Don't argue it will have no impact. Its better leave India if you can. Find job in Dubai, Singapore.
