Politics happened with me too. My manager knew everything about the client, that the client was not responding and was making us do work different from the work and skills for which we were hired. Still I worked there and later I was given NI because I asked for release from the projects.

And I also got my business visa for the new project, yet due to the NI rating of the last project, I was asked to resign. I did not accept NI. And how did I raise it in Infy Hear, still nothing happened.My current group project manager and senior project manager also supported me. The panel told HR that this employee is our resource and he has got very good feedback from the clients, that is why we are sending him onsite.Still my previous unit DM and Manager did not agree and HR said that the rating cannot be changed.
I am now currently having no offers in hand ,
Search for another job. They don't hire NI people. Even after clearing PIP, you will be kicked out after some time. Whereas at that time you will be having a new project and doing better work.
