Just go to CCD and explain them. They will make you raise a damage repair request. They already have insurance for every laptop so that will take care of repair costs. If the damage is something that cannot be covered by insurance then you might have to take money out of our pocket. But mostly it should be fine

If your office laptop is damaged, raise AHD. They will take care of it.

I also met with an accident and Infosys laptop is damaged, raised an AHD request yesterday let's see what happens
