Trending @Infosys; My manager schedules meetings early in the morning and late in the evening, cutting into my personal time. I feel like I can't refuse without looking bad. How do you handle bosses who set meetings outside of work hours?

Set clear boundaries with your manager about your availability. If it persists, discuss compensation or comp off. If needed, escalate to HR. Balance is key.

Over time I've understood this. Until and unless you stand up for yourself. Nobody cares. I was a very complacent person in my previous company. I felt, why to be a sore thumb in the team. But I had to change my views and ways of working at the current company. These guys have really pushed me to my limits of tolerance.
