Trending @Infosys; My manager not recognizing me?
I'm new to the team,I'm trying to mingle each one of my teammates,but my manager is neglecting me,that's why I'm being alone,he is well with each and every people,if any fun activity is happening,he is not calling me to join,so it feels very bad for me,I'm thinking like I'm alien in that team.So please help me get out of this shit
Hi buddy, It's been 9 months since I'm dealing with the same situation. Now at this point I don't care who is talking to me or not. I work and come to home that's it. I also feel neglected by manager as she talks with everyone even with them who are not in the team also and my appearance is just like air, not visible. Manager sits two seats away to me but she never notices me that I'm in office. I'm handling one project as one man army and working like donkey 🙂 to finish the tasks but she never takes update about how things are going on and how I'm feeling and in the end nothing matter. Now conversation with manager become zero and I've started giving update to lead only.Things are going on. Now I'm taking it as job only go to work and come to home. That's how I'm handling the situation.🙂
I have also faced the same situation for 2 yrs. You work hard but you are invisible to your manager. 🫂
