I've been texting my manager for the past one month in teams regarding my job confirmation, and he simply extended it without any reason. He's not even replying to my messages, I've mailed him with my HR in cc. What else should I do to get my job confirmed?
These kind of managers are toxic. My manager also extended my confirmation for no reason simply saying need improvement. I’m eating also she gave me NI. Now I had call with Hr and they asked me resign. All because of these kind of kena kunda managers
Damn bro Perhaps I'll end up the same in a few months. Seriously can't understand what they've done during their initial phases. Why can't they relate to us? And yeah there are good managers too. But I always get the loosukoothis as my manager. Nowadays I'm obsessed with the thought of giving up IT. Don't know really how many lives have been fckd up because of these toxic minds
Add your manager's manager in cc and mention that you are trying to reach him continuously but still there is no confirmation. Or if you don't want to do that then you can raise AHD and they will check this matter with your manager and confirm back in AHD.
I've mailed him by adding my HR in CC
For any issues you can raise an AHD, you will surely get a solution for sure.
I've raised it, but no response from them and eventually my confirmation has been extended
Also, sometimes if the project is going to achieve its objective (means going to end) at that time managers refrain from getting the employees confirmed. He won't ever tell you that project is winding up and he will keep delaying your thing.
