My manager is in GST Project and she fired many people under her. The kind of environment she created in team is highly toxic and she always care about her image that's it. Even HR is hand in glove with the manager as she convince her team if anything goes wrong. Instead of taking action against Manager, the HR will give PIP to the person who wants to leave the project. There's no mercy for anyone who doesn't understand the work. She gets cursed by every team member and people have recorded the way she talks to subordinates. Please someone help how to deal with it.

I suggest at least 2 or more team members should raise complaints about work place environment affecting mental and physical health to 1) Infosys Hale initiative 2) personally to go and visit your respective DC Head ( who will be a very senior person) highlight and explain him these issues and ask him if he can you guys.
everyone should do these tasks individually, and this will make sure there are multiple complaints coming.

also recording calls via voice recorder app where toxic, abusive languages, personal remarks, taunts are passed by the manager should be done, for proof. remember such behaviour is NOT acceptable is infosys. everyone is accountable in big organisations such as these. form some kind of unity in your team against this

- also these should not come as a complaint against manager but ‘as a concern you and your team members are facing, work life affecting mental and physical well being & to achieve any tasks in the project

Please disclose the name of manager as well. Why be scared to share her name, and this will help others too.

GST, lady manager!! Well awarded !! What more is needed. Also do understand this a high scrutiny visibility project needing some tough managers. So it will be a fine line between being a task master and being outrightly un- professional !!! So hopefully this is what generally the team feels and you should go as a team to higher management rather than going individually. It should not look like some individuals only have problem

GST project is the worst project tbh , while indd unit is worse tho!! I worked on GST project too ... Very bad experience... Learnt nothing

Thank you so much. I was afraid to post it here but took a stand for my team mates. We have all the recordings and how she talks to us. Also because her image is really good and she keeps getting rewarded so we all were refrained from going straight to anyone at higher level

Also please don’t feel hopeless by the mirage of invincibility the manager or the HR might have created. You and your team members should NEVER tolerate such unprofessionalism in corporate. And the manager is also answerable and NOT invincible as they claim to be

People are afraid of her and we are searching for an opportunity where again she does it to anyone and we raise our voice against this
