Hi I’m from STG unit and I also have been put on PIP since I got the NI rating. Till now nothing has been communicated to me and according to my mentor I will be placed in 30 days PIP. Wanted to know if the certification I will have to take it from office or I can take it from anywhere
I have seen couple of employees,HR given 2 options ,1st option take 4 months salary and move on ,2nd option will give 1 month time you have to clear 4 exams ,even if u fail in 1 exam they will terminate
One of Team mate has faced the same once he met the HR ,she just asked him to take all the required documents from laptop and given 2 hr time then she asked him to keep resignation. I am not sure it will happen same in your case also but this happened to my team mate 6 months back
