Trending @Infosys; My great and Little Concern

I have an overall 5.8 Years of experience in IT and 5 years into Salesforce, currently working in our infy😁.

Im actively trying from 3 months to switch company and have applied more than 10 companies (almost product based), but no call received from recruiters.

Is myth that, after reaching 6 years, will hiring get slow for more experienced people ??

I don't want to stick to infy, as completed 2 years and still no hike and as per maket standards I'm feeling getting less here.

Thanks to your comments or suggestions

I have seen people propagating this horseshit about how "it will be too late if you don't switch within 6 years". Dont heed it. Switch when you want to switch. If you don't want to, don't. It is never too late to do anything

Hiring does not slow down after 6 years of experience. The issue might be with your resume or interview skills. Focus on improving those areas and keep applying. Don't lose hope, you will get calls soon.
