I don't know about Mumbai but the Bengaluru cost of living is High and there is water scarcity at some places. We all know about Bengaluru traffic

Even with all these cons I would still suggest Bangalore because of high LPA and onsite opportunities will be more in Bengaluru DC compared to other DC's. Onsite salary factor defined based on DC in some cases.

Are Infosys really offering salary based on the DC?

None of these are better as per the inflation rate of such metro cities
