Trending @Infosys; Move to bench ?

I completed almost 1.5 month of notice period. I dont have work. KT is done. No replacement and No work… my manager js okay with release becuase squad re structure happenedand Simply i am not needed in that squad . But delivery manager is not approving for the early release from infosys for a month . I can get release from the project move to bench in 15 days from now ….. My manager is suggested to stay and in the project and request from here … instead of moving to bench and requesting ? I asked abt medical reason then he told cause we didn’t-mention it from beginning DM won’t trust it .

What should I do? Is there any buy out option? How to get release early
