Trending @Infosys; Most stable company?

Which company is the most stable company right now for switching? Or should I stay in infy with a low salary as of now?

Every org does that... There's nothing called as stability tbh

So as of now... Should staying in infy be ok then ?

You should take the call ... If you really think the job is stable in Infy ... You will find multiple posts in this platform about NI , PIP and termination. I am not trying to scare you, but this is the thing. Sometimes I feel like all these orgs ,keep exchanging resources 😜 You can look outside a bit , you will understand about the market. Then you can take your decision. No one can give you a straight answer I think

Most stable .. ?? Huh none of the company. Just switch the companies every year or in once in 2 years and make money. Because you always regret when you do more than your company expected.
