
Trending @Infosys; More than 300% raise
So I’m switching to big 4 now and I have an offer of more than 300% raise and plus 20% joining bonus.
Before resigning I was also asked to raise my travel for onsite role but I think given the things that I had to manage (as project is not in a good shape) plus no promotion and no hike for my Indian compensation, I made the correct choice.
Though the opportunity was for 3 years but still if for any reason I had to move back to India I need some security.
The initial offer from another company was close to 150% raise and my manager said we cannot match it and if you dont pull back your paper you would not be eligible for the yearly appraisal.
Onsite was for Germany.
