Can someone please tell me the minimum CTC for JL 6b promotion in Infosys. I am in line to be promoted so just wanted to know.

For you, it would be 15-20% of your current CTC.

You expected to get around 15%.. but few other things noted.. your variable component will increase by 5% and supperannuation will add default and be ready work in RFP along with the current work
