Trending @Infosys; Mid Year Pit Stop (Like A Scam)

Hi I'm a systems Associate for who don't know the job level it is JL2. I'm in a project (mannual functional testing) from last may its been a year I haven't learnt anything. That ok its my fault. But I'm doing good in project Just have a call with manager nothing i feel like good they just talk about you are good productivity and taking less leave we are hoping you do good in coming release.

But nothing about my growth and skills because a mannual tester doesn't require any skill it like a data entry job

At last i didnt receive any hike as most of you can we expect hike in this coming 2-3 months afer this mid year pit stop Because i don't know how Infosys work in this I'm 2.5 year in my role still getting 18k
