Trending @Infosys; Microsoft Client ? Is it good or Bad to join ??
Today's my manger asked me to join Microsoft client, so please give me insights about below points.
how's the work culture here at Microsoft. Especially for frontend devs like us. How’s the team, workload, and work-life balance? Just trying to get a feel for things
Workload differs from project to project, but exposure is good. Based on your role, you might end up working directly with Microsoft FTEs. I have seen people jump from here to Microsoft as the client manager liked their work and recommended them.
All in all, good unit, medium to high work load, lots to learn.
So it'll be good for me to join the Microsoft client if I'm able to clear the client interview?
Microsoft has 700+ talents. It has many different projects and it depends upon which project you are joining. As far as i know, they get early exposure to latest Microsoft technologies and you can work with many senior technical architects closely. Workload i heard it is good, but again depends on the project.
