Avoid Toyota projects like cancer

Currently there are no new projects and existing team sizes are also being reduced. But, the work culture in this unit is good and they treat all equal as far as I know as I'm working.

Work culture is good, projects are also good. If you dont have project, you can upskill with firm building activities and training. Onsitr opportunities depend on your project requirements and if guys are available onsite. There is fair chance to team members.

Good projects are there.. I have been in development project for couple of years and learned new technologies

Projects are great, culture and onsite opportunist depends upon what client you'll be working for.
