Trending @Infosys; Meternity leave on NI rating

Can anyone tell if we are going for meternity leave with NI rating?

In a way it’s good. You won’t be assigned PIP. But another issue might be next year also you may end up with NI as you would get very little time this year to perform. To be honest don’t bother too much. There is someone much more important who needs your care and attention.

Both are independent things..enjoy your motherhood without thinking much. They would have given NI intentionally , as you will be on long leave atleast a year.
