If you go on ml you pip will start after you are back to office, till that time you can prepare for interview outside

Simple answer, managers need to give based on bellcurve!! Her manager would be knowing she will go on ML and he/she chosen her for NI!!

Infact you would be safe it you go on ML at this time as they can't fire you or put In PIP due to legal issues. Go on ML quickly. You will loose this advantage if you delay it as March to April are seasons of layoff in Infosys.
