Trending @Infosys; Maternity forms

Hi, have anyone applied for maternity leave in Infosys? Just for clarification, could you please let me know can we attach form B and form E directly in the leave system or else we are reuired to send those forms over post to the Personnel Department? And any idea how the salary is paid during these 6 months?
