Trending @Infosys; Mandatory PIP.
I received mail in edocket stating I will be put on mandatory PIP I haven't received any communication from HR now I was planning to leave with 3 months salary will they give me option? Or should I contact unit HR for same?

Yeah as of now there is no communication from HR.

Strange !! Thought PIP is optional as in you choose not to accept and resign with severance. Do connect with HR and tell you do not accept the PIP. Do let us know what happens. But yo be in PIp they need to set PIp goals first right?
