Literally fed up with my manager he is targeting me for every single reason even if I do my 100 percent he is always pin pointing unnecessary reasons.Even if I ask for sick leave for valid reason he is not letting me to take..How to take release from this project.

New to infosys)? Then it's not for you. It's internal role upgrading program. You can ask manager to put you as priority in project ramp down or directly contact manager of your manager

First of all you don’t have to take permission for sick leave. just take it .

If you are sick just apply leave and drop an email. You don’t anyone permission for 1-2 sick leave. It’s your earned leave you can take whenever you want. Apply leave just switch off the phone. Even if he rejects it will get auto deducted as leave if you don’t apply wfh. Don’t give him powers he doesn’t have by asking permission for sick leave
