I have submitted my resignation using separation portal on 22nd and my manager is on leave till feb 19th. Do I have to do anything like informing someone?

Connect with your BPHR. Ideally, the day you submit your resignation is counted as th3 first date of 90 days.

Nope nothing needed. The 90 days period starts from date you submitted not the date he approved
