Trending @Infosys; Manager is forcing us to come to the office and work, telling us to stay in the office for at least 9 hours.

The policy says that we can work for at least 3.5 hours, but the manager is not listening. He is saying that if we don't come, NSA will not approve.

9 hours meaning you have work from 2 pm to 11 pm that's totally bullshit. And all teams working from one location then that's understandable but 5 hours max is more than enough to discuss everything with team
