Can anyone say if his/her last working day at Infosys was 22nd of a month and whether he/she has gotten the 22 day's salary during the last day of the same month ? Or he/she didn't get anything on the last day of that month and gotten as part of the full and final settlement ?

Are you sure ? I heard, if the last working day is 20th or later, he/she would get that many day's payment at last month's payroll itself. What was your last working day ?

You never get your last month salary, it always comes as FnF, as they reconcile all your data like any certification, advance taken, leave not registered and after calculating they credit your FnF.
