Trending @Infosys; LTI mindtree Joining suggestion
Can anyone give me idea about LTI Mindtree .since I got an offer from LT work culture,like infosys can I do continue 10 days per week do we have projects for java is it good to move to LTI mindtree even though they are giving only 20% hike and they are saying we will increase if you have any counter offer Please suggest is it good to move from infosys to LTI

They have 2 days a week minimum 6 hours per day. Regarding work culture it totally depends on your project. And if you don't get project for 3 months they might fire you. But it's not an issue for first 6 months.

Is it bench hiriing or project hiring? LTI is risky. If you are on bench for 1-2 months, they will fire.
