Trending @Infosys; Lower ctc and job level
I have approx 14 years experiences. I have accepted an infosys offer.. infosys offered me 25 lacs CTC and Lead Consultant (JL6B) role.
Pls suggest If infosys offered me low ctc and lower job role or it is fine as per my experiences?
My CTC is 26 for 7 year for JL6, so this is low
By that logic he should get 50L. You maybe there because of your skill set / niche skills/ lateral skip.Would love to know your story. But most JL6B with this experience (12-18) or more earn around the Same figure 20-28. In infosys
I really don't agree that a 7 years experience guy will be hired as JL6 in Infosys... max could be consultant that too is 5B
Very low bro I have 16lpa with 3 years experience....and perhaps in next 2 switch it will be close to 25+
He is asking for genuine feedback and not boasting his CTC ..so let's be fare with our information and share with him... rather making sarcasm comments

I am in tcs with ctc of 22 lacs per annum and i got an offer from Infosys as a Lead Consultant with ctc of 25 lacs including 20% variable. Please suggest if i should join infosys or stay with tcs?
I think % hike is not even 15%... ideally it should be at atleast 20-25 %.. try to negotiate or you have already accepted the offer?? If you are getting 5-8% hike years in TCS then I would suggest to be there...you will match this CTC soon ...
I have 11 yoe at JL6B with a package of 30.2LPA
I am 6 yrs exp in Infosys with 7LPA
